Operational challenge
Stations and depots are geographically distributed. A wireless-first field layer reduces the communication cabling between distributed controllers and brings every HVAC, lighting, escalator, lift, DG and LT-panel into a single central SCADA — deployable during operating hours, without shutting the line.
Reference project: Navi Mumbai Metro Line 1 — 11 stations + 1 depot. India’s first wireless BMS on a metro station-and-depot project.
For new residential societies at handover, NUOS engineers a wireless-first BMS that unifies common-area services — HVAC in club-house and lobbies, common-area & landscape lighting, WTP, STP, DG monitoring, lift-well telemetry — under a single facility-manager dashboard. Wireless-first means no additional inter-controller cabling embedded in slabs during construction.
Available for new residential societies at the RCC / MEP-fitout stage. On-request references.
