NUOS is an Indian automation technology and manufacturing company with more than a decade of experience in connected control systems. Our BMS business builds and delivers wireless-first building management platforms for commercial buildings, campuses and critical infrastructure.

We approach BMS as an engineering discipline. Hardware, software and system architecture are developed together—not sourced separately—because the way controllers, gateways and dashboards behave in a live building depends on how they are designed to work as one.

Private and commercial BMS projects are delivered directly by NUOS. For selected government and infrastructure opportunities, NUOS works through Univastu NUOS IoT Systems Private Limited—a joint company with Univastu India Limited. Public communications, product IP and engineering warranties remain with NUOS.
